Our refund and returns policy lasts 10 days from the date of purchase. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your jewelry must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or personalization reasons:
- Custom-made or engraved jewelry
- Perishable goods (flowers, chocolates, etc., if sold with jewelry sets)
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Jewelry that shows signs of wear or damage not caused by us
- Items missing components (like boxes, certificates, or accessories)
- Items returned after 10 days from delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

- Contact your credit card company; it may take time to post the refund.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace jewelry if it is defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Shipping Returns
To return your jewelry, please mail it to: {physical address}.
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- For valuable items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
